Dr Andrew Fox
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Fox founded Deltenna in 2002, having previously worked
extensively in the fields of radio and antenna design at the
prestigious Bell Research Laboratories. Since then he has built a
successful business, guiding the development of a series of
innovative products and engaging with customers worldwide. Andrew
holds a B.Eng (Hons) in communications engineering and a PhD from
Leeds Metropolitan University in the field of Microwave Dielectric
Resonators and is named as an inventor on more than 16 issued and
pending patents.
Alison Aylmer-Kelly
Chief Financial Officer
Alison has over 20 years experience in accounting, starting her
career at Grant Thornton, where she spent ten years. In 1998 she
joined accounting firm Robson Taylor and progressed to partner,
running the firm's Bristol, UK office with responsibility for
around 250 corporate clients. She has also provided temporary
financial management for clients, assisting directors with the
general running of their businesses. She joined Deltenna in 2009 to
assist the company with its expansion.
Peter Claydon
VP Sales and Marketing
Peter Claydon joined Deltenna in May 2010 after a period as a
consultant to a number of technology companies. Prior to
January 2010 he was Chief Operating Officer of picoChip, a company
that he co-founded in 2000. At picoChip he was responsible for the
development and commercialization of the company's semiconductor
products and reference designs for 3G and WiMAX
wireless systems, along with raising three rounds of venture
capital funding. Prior to founding picoChip he served in a variety
of engineering and managerial positions in Marconi, Brooktree and
Pioneer, and was general manager of Oak Technology Ltd, which was
acquired by Conexant Systems Inc in early 2000.
Ian Vance
Non-executive Director
Ian Vance has been in the technology industry for over 35 years,
during which time he has been Group VP at Bell Northern Research
and Chief Engineer at Nortel Europe. Since leaving Nortel in 1998
he has been active in numerous companies as a non-executive
director and consultant. He recently started Spectrum Trading
Associates to work on the new opportunities opening up with
liberalization of the market for radio frequency allocations.
Dr Tim Hart
Non-executive Director
After obtaining a PhD in microbiology from the University of
Surrey, Tim Hart pursued a career in academia before founding
Cybersense Biosystems, a company specializing in the
development and manufacture of bio-molecular test kits for
environmental analysis. Tim was CEO of Cybersense until 2008 and is
now CEO of Zyoxel Ltd, a company that is commercializing
micro-bioreactor technology to improve drug discovery.
