Sometimes Deltenna releases new firmware for the WiBE to add new features or correct problems. If you are having problems with your WiBE, please check the Firmware Download page and you may find that a new release of the firmware will help you.

If you are experiencing problems with your WiBE and think you may need t return it, please contact the retailer that you bought it from in the first instance.
